In this position, you will work at the headquarters in Zurich. You will be responsible for building, leading and participating in a smart team of sales-driven professionals. Your main focus will be to identify, connect with, and qualify sales leads with the use of a modern, online and offline, multi-channel strategy.
You engage targeted clients in a meaningful conversation to identify if they are interested in buying our services. In doing so, you support our quota-carrying sales consultants with leads that they are eager to spend their time on.
Plan and implement sales campaigns with support from Product Marketing and Corporate Communications
Generate qualified leads by using a mix of tools such as business events, web, social media, email and phone
Nurture and maintain the CRM as part of a transparent and efficient sales process
Produce and maintain service documentation and sales collateral that supports lead generation
Qualifications and experience
4+ years experience in inside sales or sales development, thereof 2 years in an IT company
Drive and proven track record of building a prospecting strategy and delivering qualified leads
Proficiency in all phone, email and online prospecting tasks utilizing CRM, social media, contact databases and other sales tools
Solid leadership skills and effective time management with an ability to successfully manage multiple sales development tasks and objectives
Strong teamwork, communication, process and project management skills
Excellent documentation, presentation and telesales skills
Fluency in German and English
